RACIO LLC ("Racio", "we") is a recruitment and staffing agency that also provides consulting, legal, information and training services and rents premises. Recruitment involves careful handling of personal information about candidates, so this policy places them first. It is issued under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Employment of the Population", and the GDPR where applicable.

2. Candidates
We process your CV, contact details, work history, education, skills, salary expectations, interview notes and references you allow us to contact. We do not ask for information on health, religion, political views, family plans or other sensitive matters unless the law requires it for a specific job, and we do not use such information in selection. We share your profile with an employer only after telling you which employer and getting your agreement.
3. Temporary workers
When we employ you to work at a client's site, we process the data required for employment: identity documents, tax number, bank details, working time, payroll and any qualification certificates required for the assignment. The client receives only what is needed to organise your work there.
4. Employers
We process business contacts of employer representatives, vacancy descriptions and contract data.
5. Students, consulting and legal clients, tenants
Course participants: contacts, attendance and certificates. Consulting and legal clients: business information and matter documents, kept confidential. Tenants: lease and payment records.
6. Purposes and grounds
- Matching candidates with vacancies (your consent, given when you apply).
- Employing temporary workers and running payroll (contract and legal obligation).
- Delivering consulting, legal, training and rental services (contract).
- Tax, labour and social insurance reporting (legal obligation).
7. Recipients
Employers you agreed to be presented to, client sites for temporary workers, tax and social insurance authorities, banks, our IT providers. We never sell candidate databases.
8. Retention
- Candidate profiles: 2 years after your last contact with us, or until you withdraw consent.
- Temporary worker employment records: as required by labour and archival law.
- Training records: 5 years.
- Legal matter files: 5 years after closing.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent at any time, including asking us to stop presenting your profile. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
